Contemporary Romance Novel Creation
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
ArdorHeights is a small publisher building a stable of motivated, passionate writers. We are looking for talented writers who are madly in love with romance fiction! We need a ghostwriter capable of producing a series (a novella and two novels). The series is set in a contemporary aviation backdrop.
The novella will be 10,000 words and each of the two books will be from 30,000 to 40,000 words each. We will provide tropes, concepts, character traits and a rough plot for you to build on. Our readers are looking for a little steam, and lots of imagination!
Our books are written in first-person POV, with chapters alternating between the main characters.
We ask our writers to produce at least 10,000 words of copy each week. You will work closely with an editor in Europe and need to be responsive to email and the occasional phone call.
We authorize payment in installments as work is completed and accepted. If we ask for revisions, we will provide added compensation.
The necessary details: 1) We work with native English-speakers only; 2) No plagiarism, no A.I. generated copy, no work produced for a prior client (We want only your fresh, original, beautifully crafted work!); 3) Writer must provide plot summaries and chapter outlines; and 4) Demonstrate a professional work ethic!
