Seeking Small Technical Agency / Lean Dev Team for SaaS Launch Support

I am building an existing SaaS marketplace / decision-support platform for entrepreneurs and business experts.

The platform helps entrepreneurs request short expert opinions, compare different perspectives before important business decisions, and book deeper 1:1 strategic sessions with selected experts.

The product is already in development and has a working codebase.

Tech stack:
- React frontend
- FastAPI backend
- MongoDB
- Docker Compose
- Nginx

I am looking for a small technical agency, lean dev team, or senior developer with agency-like reliability to help me move the platform from development to a safe public launch.

This is not a full-time role. It is a part-time monthly collaboration.

Monthly budget: €400/month.

I understand this is a limited budget, so I am looking for a pragmatic partner who can work step by step, focus on priorities, and help me avoid risky mistakes before launch.

Main areas of support:

- Stripe configuration and payment flow review
- PayPal configuration and payment flow review
- AI API configuration and guidance
- Help deciding what type of AI setup makes sense for the platform
- Amazon SES setup for transactional emails
- AWeber setup for follow-up / onboarding emails
- Security review and production-readiness checks
- Docker / environment / VPS configuration
- Safe deployment on my VPS
- Basic post-launch monitoring and issue fixing

The goal is to launch the platform online on my VPS in the safest possible way after the remaining development work is completed.

I am not looking for generic code changes only. I need someone who can help me think technically about launch readiness, security, payments, AI configuration, emails, and deployment.

The collaboration can start with a small first milestone and continue monthly if the work quality is good.
