On-Site React/FastAPI Full-Stack Role

I need an experienced full-stack developer who can work beside the team in Islamabad or Rawalpindi for about six hours each weekday. The product is a customer-facing web application built with React and Tailwind CSS on the front end, FastAPI on the back end, DynamoDB as the primary data store, and Redis for caching and queues. Because every part of that stack is already in production, solid, hands-on experience with all of those tools is non-negotiable.

Your day-to-day work will revolve around building new features end-to-end—crafting responsive components, wiring them to freshly written FastAPI endpoints, shaping efficient DynamoDB queries, and squeezing extra performance out of Redis. While most time is spent on green-field web application development, you’ll still jump in to squash the occasional bug and keep the CI pipeline green. Clean code, Git discipline, and the ability to test your own work are essential, and you’ll participate in a quick daily stand-up so everyone stays aligned.
