We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong backend expertise, solid problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on large-scale distributed systems. This role requires working with global teams, so the shift timing will be 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in Python, Django, and FastAPI.
Proficiency in SQLAlchemy ORM and PostgreSQL.
Experience with messaging queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus, etc.).
Strong understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Experience deploying and maintaining services on Azure or similar cloud environments.
Strong knowledge of REST API design, authentication, and microservice architecture.
Excellent debugging, optimization, and analytical problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).
Ability to handle MNC-level technical questions, system design discussions, and scenario-based problem solving.
Preferred Skills

Exposure to frontend technologies like Angular, React, or vanilla JavaScript.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, unittest) and other code quality tools.
Additional Details

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST (required to align with international teams).
Candidates should be comfortable with complex coding challenges, DSA-based assessments, and MNC-style interview rounds.
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual, Hybrid (3-4 onsite visit).
Contract length: 6 months(Extendable based on performance)
