React & FastAPI Integration

I have a React front-end that needs to talk seamlessly to a Python back-end built on FastAPI. The two codebases already exist in separate repos; what’s missing is a clean, secure bridge between them.
What does the current frontend code does?
The frontend has a simple UI to accepts the K6 scripts.
Provide no of users , duration of test etc.
Once the script are selected and when click on run Test it runs the K6 test on the backend.
What does the backend code does.?
The current backend is Python based whenever developer pushes the code it triggers a pipeline which in turn run k6 backend test on EKS and AKS clusters.
Here’s what I expect from the engagement:
