Python Betting Odds Fetcher Script

I'm looking for a Python developer to build a script that fetches live game odds from a free API like TheOddsAPI and stores the data in a local JSON file. This script will run on Replit and serve as part of a larger AI betting engine. It must:

- Normalize data into team names, odds, start time, and league
- Save clean data to a JSON file
- Be modular so I can run it regularly to update data

- Example output
- Instructions on how to run/setup

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with APIs, especially betting APIs
- Familiarity with JSON data format
- Bonus points for FastAPI knowledge
