Multi-LLM API Gateway Development

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for an experienced full-stack developer to help build a custom API gateway platform. The core idea is based on this repo: https://github.com/Wei-Shaw/sub2api. We are basically converting web account subscriptions into a usable, unified API.
The biggest technical requirement here is handling concurrency. You need to know exactly how to manage heavy multi-request traffic without dropping connections, leaking sockets, or hitting rate limits. The platform needs to seamlessly route incoming requests to multiple different LLMs (like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini) depending on what the user is calling.
For the frontend, we need a dashboard to manage the API keys, track usage, and monitor account health. I'm very particular about the UI/UX. It needs to look modern and high-end—specifically, I want a dark theme with matte dark emerald tones, clean glassmorphism UI elements, and some subtle, futuristic neon accents.
You will also handle the deployment on a Linux VPS. I expect a production-ready setup with 24/7 uptime, so you should be completely comfortable configuring PM2 and systemd to manage the background processes.
