Long-Term Full Stack Developer Needed

I am seeking a qualified full stack application developer to collaborate with me on a long-term project. This initial phase will focus on modifying the full application using the existing baseline code. Your performance during this phase will determine further project extensions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a production-ready React UI using Tailwind CSS.
- Build core FastAPI endpoints and implement basic JWT authentication.
- Create a simple CLI for generating project structures with Docker and GitHub Actions integration.
- Ensure test coverage is at least 80%.

Essential Technologies and Programs:
- Frontend Framework: React
- CSS/UI Framework: Tailwind CSS
- Backend Framework: Python with FastAPI
- Database: SQL-based databases, preferably PostgreSQL
- Containerization: Docker and Docker Compose
- Authentication: JWT and secure authentication practices
- Testing: Provide suggestions for setting up test cases, including unit and smoke testing.
