FastAPI File Mover

Create a FastAPI that takes in a destination path as parameter when supplied with this path, your api should move files(pdf,csv, etc) from a source location(you can hardcode) to the destination path supplied from the api.
Your code should have a requirements.txt file that installs all the dependies and a main.py
