Translate Fashion Product Descriptions
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I have a growing fashion e-commerce site and I need all product descriptions translated with the same flair and precision they have in the original language. The copy appears directly on the website, so tone, flow, and accurate sizing or fabric terminology are crucial.
You’ll be working only on product pages—no blog posts or UI strings right now—so you can focus on capturing brand voice, style references, and any subtle fashion nuances. I’ll provide the source text in a spreadsheet and expect the finished Portuguese copy returned in the same file, ready for import.
Because these descriptions drive sales, I’m looking for someone who not only translates but localises wording so it sounds native, clear, and enticing to Brazilian shoppers. Familiarity with CAT tools or translation memory systems is helpful for consistency, but not mandatory if you already work efficiently in your own setup.
Please include a short sample of a past fashion-related translation or, if you prefer, I can send a brief test paragraph so we’re sure the tone is right. Once approved, we’ll move on to the full batch—about 8,000 words to start, with more drops each month.
