I am looking for a freelancer who can create a complete tech pack, spec sheet for my clothing/apparel project.

Requirements:
- The tech pack spec sheet is for clothing/apparel
- I have specific measurements that need to be followed
- I require an intermediate level of detail in the tech pack

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in creating tech pack spec sheets for clothing/apparel projects
- Proficiency in using design software and tools
- Knowledge of garment construction and manufacturing processes
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret measurements
- Editable all project in microsoft excel
