sewing clothes as required

I am looking for someone experienced or new in sewing to help me create a variety of clothes as I require. The materials used will be a mix of organic cotton and polyester and fabric will be given, I need the items to be hand sleeves. The turnaround time for these projects is two weeks. The reference picture for the hand sleeves is attached below. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and quality, as well as having prior experience in the garment industry. I am willing to consider both short-term and long-term projects, depending on the workload and skillset of the applicant.
