I need someone to make whiskey bottle costumes

Need twelve whiskey bottle costumes, to fit adult males, along the lines of attached image , would not need to have the label on as we will be adding our own. Costumes are for UP Helly Aa festival in Shetland would need to have delivery by Xmas
