I need a medical scrub designer

I have some great ideas that I’m looking forward to receiving help on. I am in search for a designer for my upcoming medical scrub line. I would like to create my own scrubs, with my ideas and designs. I just don’t know where to start. Please let me know if you’re able to help or have any recommendations
