I need a fashion illustrator

I know this is rather an insane ask but I need 40 fashion sketches It’s going to be 10 different design sketches for 4 different topics. I've included all the reference pics. So for the first 10 sketches, it’s gonna be based on plush toys so you can come up with any design that includes plush toys. The next 10 sketches are gonna be based on books and paper, I couldn’t find any pics that show outfits made up of actual books but I I've included outfits made out of paper. For this, if you can do a few outfits made up of books and a few made up of paper that would be amazing.The next 10 are gonna be based on silly bandz (rubber bands) obviously I couldn’t find any outfits made up of actual silly bandz but I did find outfits that consist of rubber bands so if you can make them look like colorful sillybandz that would be a huge plus.Finally the last 10 sketches are gonna be based on butterflies so you can use your imagination entirely to come up with the designs. The reference pictures are only for reference and are NOT meant to be copied. Ive included reference pics for all 4 concepts. You can come up with the designs as long as they align with everything Ive explained. Ive also included 3 pics showing the kind of sketching style Id prefer, obviously I wouldn't mind either digital or hand drawn. The background has to be black though. Also I know this is a bit of a stretch but since I'm on a tight schedule I need this by max 3 weeks, the earlier the better. Im on a tight budget as well so 550 dollars would work best for me.
