I need a fashion designer

Uniform top coat. To be worn daily, needs to be durable and the design is not quite ordinary. I have the design and am looking for an ambitious designer for my campaign. This coat will be worn by my staff. I'd like the coat to be designed and a prototype made. I'll pay for labor and materials.
