I am looking for a sportswear tech pack designer

I am just starting up my own sportswear clothing brand and I am struggling to create a tech pack.

The type of clothing I am looking to sell are

Mens T-shirts / Short summer sets
Womens yoga seamless sets (including leggings and shorts)
Mens & Womens tracksuit sets
