I am looking for a Fashion designer

I need a transformable dress. First the dress should look like a normal dress and afterwards look like a wedding dress. Perhaps you know the video of the girl that spins herself around and turns her dress into a cindarella costume? Something like this.
I need a finished dress in the end, not just sketches!
