knit design: design my company a unique knit cap that incorporates our logo

This may be an odd project for this site... I am looking for someone who understands knitting or crochet and can design a custom knit hat for my company that will really impress our customers as something unique. Our competitors give out knit socks and caps with embroidered logos or patches, but that's not our style. We are looking for a really interesting design; possibly a stitch that creates a physical barley-head pattern in the fabric. At minimum, our logo stitched into the fabric rather than just being embroidered on. Maybe a repeating color pattern in the cap that evokes barley. We are looking for someone who can come up with this unique design and then help us figure out how to come up with a specification for mass production.

I have uploaded a couple of items that may help in coming up with this design: our company logo, and our company barn quilt. The barn quilt is a regional custom; farmers and agri-businesses like ours come up with a geometric pattern and paint it onto our buildings. It would be a good thing to incorporate into a hat design if possible.
