Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I'm looking for a fashion designer to create high-quality sketches of the costumes people wear at my Halloween Party on 28-October. Will be expected to attend in-person, so please be local to NYC. Expectation of 40 guests - you won't need to sketch them all. Feel free to take artistic liberties. Looking for a nice souvenir for the guests.
