create a detailed tech pack for an entire swimwear line

I'm looking for a freelancer to create a detailed technical package for my swimwear line. The size range of the swimwear line that I need addressed is XS to XXL. I do have some artistic concepts or designs already developed, and I do know what I want for the overall look of the line, however I am open to ideas. I will provide all specifications that are needed without need for any testing or certifications. The freelancer will use my specifications to accurately compile a technical package that will be up to industry standards. The technical package that I need needs to include best practices in patternmaking and grading, material specifications, trims and accessories, packing specs, and cleaning instructions (if necessary) and sizing. The technical package must be comprehensive and accurately meet my requirements for the swimwear line. Ideally I would like someone in NYC whom I can trust to work in person on this project with where I can create a professional but fun relationship and complete this project together. I am looking for someone who has experience with swimwear, accessories, clothing, knits etc. I want his to be a fun project and I want to be able to complete by the end of summer. I am a young and full time worker who has a dream and plenty of great ideas, and I will need your help to help me bring these ideas to life.
