Zip Hoodie from sketch (no patterns made)

I need someone that can transform a sketch in to a zip hoodie, you will get more information on the project when you message me, i'm ready to pay 200 Dollars and Shipping, so please dont message me if you want more in the end. It shouldn't be hard work for a professionell sewer. You should be able to sew parts on to a Hoodie, those have to be made and stuffed with cotton or wool. I need a good mix of cotton and polyester 80/20 or 50/50 we'll see then.
