Woven tags sewn on Tee shirts and hoodies

I have a Tee Shirt/Hoodie brand and I am looking for someone to assist me with a project involving sewing woven tags (Neck and Sleeve) onto about 100 Tee shirts. The tags will be made of cotton, and should measure no bigger than 2 square inches. I will already have the tags in bulk and ready-to-go from a manufacturer, I just need someone with experienced sewing skills to fulfill this request. The person must also be professionally fast and cost efficient. If everything goes well future long term arrangements are possible. Please provide your quotes and qualifications. Thank you.
