Wool portrait

Looking for wool portrait artists like @my_woolever_friend and @eve.willane (on Instagram) that can make a 3/4 inch custom sitting dog portrait with wool. Need someone with prior experience (and a page to show for work) and preferably from Australia [upto $200] or India [upto Rs.10,000] so we can cut down on shipping costs.
