Key Responsibilities:
* Design women’s wear aligned with Havlynn’s vision.
* Develop detailed tech packs with accurate fabric, trim & measurement specs.
* Create fashion illustrations (hand-drawn/digital) to visualize concepts.
* Conduct trend & market research to keep designs fresh and relevant.
* Provide styling inputs for photoshoots and campaigns.
* Collaborate with manufacturers to ensure quality & inclusivity.

Ideal Skills:
* Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
* Strong illustration skills (both hand-drawn and digital).
* Experience in creating comprehensive tech packs.
* Knowledge of market trends and consumer preferences.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
