Women’s Athleisure Design
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m developing a women-focused athleisure line and need a designer who can take three core pieces—leggings, sports bras, and lightweight jackets—from concept through production-ready tech packs.
The look I’m after is functional enough for studio workouts yet stylish for everyday wear. You’ll translate that vision into cohesive silhouettes, choose performance fabrics and trims, and prepare factory-friendly specifications. Experience with stretch knit construction, sustainable fabric options, and fit grading for active garments is important.
Deliverables I’m expecting
• Hand or digital concept sketches that show front, back, and key details for each item
• Colorways and print/texture suggestions that tie the collection together
• Full tech packs in Illustrator (or similar) with measurements, stitching, BOM, and trim callouts
• Fabric and notions recommendations, including supplier references
• Size-set grading chart (XS-XL) and notes on fit adjustments
I’ll provide brand guidelines, inspiration boards, and any existing logo files as soon as we start. Please share samples of active or athleisure work—especially leggings or sports bras you’ve designed—and let me know your typical turnaround for first concepts and final tech packs.
