Welsey snipes iconic tank top

So my partner wants a tank top as similar as possible to the iconic blue tank top in the film White men can't jump featuring Wesley snipes. He wants the neck line to come down to the chest but to have that baggy 90s look. Hoping to find someone who understands what I'm talking about lol!
