Turn my drawings into fashion (READ CAREFULLY NOT GRAPHIC DESIGN!)

I am in need of a talented seamstress who can create my designs from scratch out of drawings. Paying for patterns is a bit much for me. The line consists of street wear/ club wear so very flashy fancy details.
