Toddler Tops & Bottoms Tech Pack Creation

I'm in need of a comprehensive tech pack for manufacturing toddler tops and bottoms, specifically sweatshirts and joggers. I have the designs ready in drawing format, I need someone to finalise and enhance them into ready-for-manufacturing tech pack. This will include but not limited to digitalising the design, enhancing the drawings and/or colours and finally making them into a tech pack to be shared with manufacturer partner.

Key Requirements:
- Sweatshirts and joggers for the 2 to 6 year age range.
- Creation of a detailed tech pack for manufacturing.

Ideal Skills:
- Experience in toddler apparel design.
- Proficiency in tech pack creation.
- Understanding of toddler sizing and fit.
