Techpack for baby apparel

I am looking for someone to create a techpack for baby outerwear/sleepwear. The target audience is 12-24 months old and I have specific material and fabric requirements that need to be met when producing this techpack. I am looking for an experienced and knowledgeable developer who can create a comprehensive spec sheet detailing all materials needed for this project.
