Technical Designer/Pattern Maker Needed for kids clothing brand

Hello,
I have a new clothing brand launching Spring/Summer 2022. I have the tech packs created and sent them to a manufacturing company in China. They said they had a pattern maker which i needed for proper sizing. I received the images of the samples which are being shipped to me and I was very disappointed to see the proportions, cuts, and sizing are incorrect. They said that there technician used the sizing of similar garments they had previously made.
To ensure that this doesn't happen again I want to make sure I have the sizing that is on trend and that there are specific noted on the tech packs for the sizing.
I will attached the tech packs and attach the samples they have been sent to me. You will see how they do not look like the pictures.
