Tech pack fashion designer for a clothing brand

I would like a finalized tech pack to give to a manufacturer for the clothing brand I am starting. I have no experience creating tech packs, but I have sketched the articles and attached images below. I believe you will need more information, such as zipper placement, fabric material, etc, but I was hoping we could discuss this. I would like my tech pack to include a size chart, print details, a bill of materials, a source file, and individual aspects like seams, zipper location, etc. Please let me know if you can create a tech pack for the clothing below.
