Tech Pack Creation for Riding Breeches

I'm in need of a detailed tech pack for a new line of riding leggings. These leggings should be made of synthetic stretch fabric and feature a high-waisted design with full-seat grip and 2 phone pockets on each side.

Ideal skills for this project include:
- Proficiency in technical design and garment construction
- Previous experience with tech pack creation
- Understanding of equestrian clothing requirements
