Swimwear Tech pack

I am looking to create a unique and stylish bikini dancewear line for adults. I have a clear idea in mind with specific design samples and elements such as fabric and an improved fit profile. To make sure the dancewear is well-made to my specifications, I am in need of a tech pack that will help guide the manufacturer on the design and construction of the product. I am looking for a freelancer who can help me create a tech pack that will accurately and clearly represent my vision. The dance wear will be one size but I do have many different designs which I have physical samples of.
