Sportswear Long Sleeve Shirt Design

I am looking for a designer who specializes in sportswear to create a few designs for a relaxed fit, long sleeve, collared shirt for kids. Similar to a fishing shirt with UV50+ protection but not solely for fishing. Thinking tropical patterns (palm trees, birds, boats, reef) without being fish-oriented.

Ideal Skills:
- Expertise in sportswear design
- Proficiency in casual wear aesthetics whilst maintaining a ‘smart’/dressy look.
- Understanding of relaxed fit patterns
