Sea of thieves - Pirate Lord Cosplay

Im looking for help on creating the outfit of the Pirate Lord from Sea of Thieves. Which would be the hat, jacket, cape, and most importantly the peg leg (or boot in this case as i still have both my feet at the moment.) While i definitely don't want it to be green in pictures attatched below. The staff isn't needed as I have one to fill in.
