Premium Striped Shirt Production
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am developing a long-sleeved women’s “Sienna” shirt for my label, RAIDHSEE—a versatile, office-friendly piece that still feels fresh on weekends. The concept is simple: a classic vertical-stripe design cut from premium cotton, but the execution must revolve around fabric excellence. Breathability, a soft hand-feel, and proven durability are non-negotiable because the shirt is meant to carry busy professionals through a full workday in comfort.
The task is to turn this idea into a production-ready release that can be handed straight to a trusted factory.
Deliverables
• Complete tech pack: clear flats, detailed measurements, graded sizing (XS–XL for an Indonesian fit), stitching directions, and trim placements
• Fabric & trim specifications: recommended mills able to supply 100 % cotton (110–130 gsm) yarn-dyed stripes in a sienna-toned palette, with documented softness, air-permeability, and colour-fastness data
• Digital pattern files prepared for efficient marker making
• One pre-production sample, shipped for fit and comfort review, reflecting final stitching quality and finishings
Acceptance criteria
• Shrinkage after wash < 3 %
• Colour-fastness ISO 105 level 4 or higher
• Seam density 8–10 SPI, no loose threads
• Fabric passes an 8-hour wear test without irritation or noticeable heat build-up
Adobe Illustrator, Optitex, or CLO3D files are welcome for the pattern and visual components, along with any practical sourcing notes gathered during development. Once the sample is approved, the tech pack and patterns should be ready to forward directly to mass production.
