Premium Kidswear Collection Designer
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
My premium kidswear brand is about to launch its very first collection for children aged roughly 1-6 years. I already have a clear vision of sophisticated, age-appropriate pieces, but I need your creative fashion-design expertise to translate that vision into a cohesive line.
The look: elevated, premium styling rather than basic casuals or overtly sporty gear. Think refined silhouettes that encourage play, finished with subtle, standout details. Sustainability matters just as much as aesthetics, so every fabric choice and trim must align with high-quality, eco-responsible standards and remain comfortable against young skin.
Scope of work
• Develop a unifying concept and colour story
• Produce hand or digital sketches for each garment (capsule size: 8–10 looks)
• Advise on sustainable fabric and trim sourcing, specifying weights, blends, and certifications where relevant
• Create detailed tech packs ready for pattern-making and sampling
• Iterate on feedback until the full set is manufacturer-ready
Acceptance criteria
• All tech packs contain accurate measurements, construction notes, and fabric/trim callouts
• Fabric suggestions meet sustainability benchmarks and are commercially obtainable
• Final line presents a balanced mix of tops, bottoms, and layering pieces suitable for 1-6 year olds
Adobe Illustrator or similar CAD skills, knowledge of child-safe materials, and an eye for premium finishing will be vital for success. I’m excited to see how you elevate this debut collection.
