Premium Kidswear Collection Designer

I’m developing VIRARO’s next casual line for ages 0-6 and need an inventive designer to shape the entire look and feel. The focus is on kidswear concept design and polished apparel sketches/digital illustrations that capture a playful yet premium vibe suitable for UAE, EU and US markets.

You’ll start with trend research and translate it into a cohesive concept story—theme, colour palette, fabric direction—before moving on to detailed flats and presentation-ready illustrations. My in-house team handles sampling and production at export quality, so the files you hand over (Illustrator, Photoshop or Procreate) must be precise enough for factories to lift patterns straight from them.

To keep things clear, here’s what I expect:
• Concept board with mood, colours and key design notes
• A set of clean, editable sketches/digital flats for each style (PDF + source files)
• Brief annotations that guide trims, prints or embroidery placements where relevant

Once we approve the concept, you’ll have creative freedom with steady support from our merchandiser and technical staff. Timelines are flexible, and if this collection clicks, there’s scope for long-term collaboration across multiple seasons.
