Porch-AP-alooza T-Shirt design

I'm looking for a creative and talented designer to design an eye-catching t-shirt with a bold and colorful style that will be printed onto a very soft fabric t-shirt. Specifically, I'm seeking someone who can turn my vision into a reality: I have specific elements and text in mind for the design. You should be able to consider the overall aesthetics and create a visually pleasing and unified look for the shirt. The final design should communicate a message that is engaging and unique to match my theme of Porch-AP-alooza. It is an event in Asbury Park, NJ where local bands come and play on neighborhood porches. We sell these t-shirts to raise money for the Asbury Park theater company. This town is very colorful and would like to incorporate that into something that honors the music history here, and ties it into a house porch.
