Pattern designer

I am looking for a pattern maker/tailor who can help me make the patterns for my graduate collection designs and sew the toiles and final garments.

Specific Requirements:
- The patterns should respect and follow the designs.
- The patterns should be created with specific measurements and details that will be provided by me (the designer).
- The designer should have experience in creating garments professionally.
-The designer should have professional experience with sewing finishings and details.
