Need a hobo fabric bag made

Hello, I have a sewing pattern for a fabric hobo bag I would like to have made. It seems to be a pretty simple design if you would be willing to help, I can supply the patten and materials. Must have your own sewing machine. As for rate, please advise your fee based on completed project instead of by the hour please. Thank you!
