Need help with clothing tech packs and getting product samples produced

I am in need of an experienced freelancer who can assist me in creating tech packs, sourcing fabric, and producing samples for my mens jacket line. I would love to get tech packs and samples made for four jackets but I start ordering large numbers from a manufacturer.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge and experience in the clothing industry and be able to provide guidance on materials and production techniques.

I understand pricing on getting samples made will vary depending on design so I'm happy to hear a price for the four tech packs and then individual prices afterwards for the separate designs but a ball park figure would but nice just to give me an idea.
