Key Requirements:

- Good understanding of the properties of Merino Wool as a textile.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in apparel design, particularly in casual wear.
- Experience with unisex clothing lines is a plus.
- Ability to create detailed technical sketches and specifications.
