Men’s Casual Shirt & Tee Design

I’m developing a fresh line of men’s casual T-shirts and shirts and need a fashion designer who can take my ideas from rough concept to factory-ready tech packs. The look I’m after is relaxed yet refined—pieces that feel effortless on the weekend but still photograph well for social campaigns.

Here’s what I’m counting on you for:
• Trend-driven concept sketches that capture the silhouette, fabric direction, and colour story I’ll share.
• Detailed flats and front/back technical illustrations.
• Complete tech packs with measurements, construction notes, trims, and Pantone codes so a manufacturer can sample without guesswork.
• Fabric and print recommendations suited to everyday wear and easy care.

I already have mood-board references and a few initial sketches, so you’ll be building on an existing vision rather than starting from zero. Adobe Illustrator or CLO is fine—use whatever helps you turn ideas into accurate specs quickly.
