Looking for a sustainable Clothing Manufacturer/Seamstress and Fabric Sourcer

I am looking for somebody who can take charge of finding the right fabrics for me and producing my clothing designs. I want the whole process to be as sustainable as possible. For that, I am looking for completely plastic free, high quality (preferably deadstock) fabrics + an ethical manufacturer based in the UK, Spain or Portugal.
