Kurtis Fashion Designer for Women

I'm looking for a skilled fashion designer who can help me create a line of Kurtis for my brand. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Indian wear, particularly Kurtis, and a strong sense of design that caters to women's fashion.

The primary focus of this project is on creating Kurtis for casual wear. I envision a collection that is both comfortable and stylish, suitable for everyday wear.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design a range of Kurtis that fit the brand's aesthetic and target audience
- Source and select appropriate fabrics, patterns, and accessories
- Follow the latest trends in Indian fashion and adapt them to the Kurtis collection
- Ensure all designs are practical, comfortable, and of high quality

Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in designing Indian wear, especially Kurtis
- Strong understanding of women's fashion and current trends
- Excellent eye for color, texture, and pattern
- Proficiency in design software and creating technical sketches
- Prior experience in sourcing fabric and working with manufacturers is a plus
