Kidswear Comprehensive Tech Pack Creation

I need a detailed tech pack that will take a kidswear style from concept to production-ready documentation. The garments span the full kids range—tops, bottoms, and outerwear—so accuracy and consistency across sizes are essential.

Here’s what the finished pack must contain:
• Material specifications for every component
• A graded size chart that covers all planned sizes
• Clear flat sketches that highlight stitching and trim placement
• Full pattern with pattern grading notes
• A complete bill of materials (BOM)
• A spec sheet summarising key measurements and tolerances
• Basic packaging instructions to guide the factory

I’ll provide initial design references and any brand guidelines as soon as we start. Deliver files in editable formats (preferably Adobe Illustrator for sketches and Excel or Google Sheets for charts and BOM).

Experience with children’s apparel is a strong plus, especially if you’re familiar with fit considerations and safety regulations. Please share a sample tech pack you’ve produced for kids or similar categories, your estimated turnaround time, and any questions that will help you quote accurately.
