Hi! I’m launching a small-batch, handcrafted baby and children’s clothing brand based in the USA. My focus is on minimal, timeless pieces made with 100% organic cotton fabrics that are grown and made in the USA — completely free from dyes and chemicals.
I’m looking for a fashion designer experienced in baby and kids’ apparel to help me:
• Create professional patterns for garments such as baby shorts, short pants, bucket hats, rompers, and more
• Translate design ideas or physical garment samples into accurate digital patterns (PDF or tech pack)
• Ensure sizing aligns with standard baby/toddler measurements with comfort in mind
• Incorporate a sustainable and ethical design approach

• Knowledge of babywear sizing and safety standards
• Experience with eco-conscious clothing design
• Clear communication and attention to detail
