Jewelers for fine jewelry

I need someone to take my designs and create my jewelry. I will need someone who is a jeweler who can create my fine jewelry. I will have the design and photos. I will need someone to create sold gold pendants and rings with diamonds. I will provide the cad designs, pay for the material and diamonds, whatever else is needed. Looking for a gold smith with experience in executing simple but fine jewelers.
